Our Client is an A1 Developer

Gross Salary : $4000-$4500 (Basic Salary + All Allowances)*

Monday to Friday

Alternate Sat off

East area

Tampines or other East locations

Kindly note, the project site maybe in Tampines or other east area site (To be advise after interview only)

Our client is an A1 Construction Developer

For new Condominium projects or HDB Projects (To be advise)

Previous working experiences in any type of CONSTRUCTION sites

Dip / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Summary of Job Scope :

The job scope of a Site Engineer involves supporting project execution, coordinating drawings and materials, liaising with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth site operations.

• Planning & Coordination: Assist Project Manager with scheduling, manage drawing office, and coordinate with consultants/subcontractors.

• Materials & Approvals: Liaise with suppliers on material proposals and handle consultant approvals for drawings/materials.

• Site Operations: Supervise site activities, ensure safety/quality compliance, conduct inspections, and support supervisors in meeting KPIs.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, submit documentation promptly, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and project management tools.

• Strong communication skills for coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
