Job Description:
To perform clerical duties such as data entry, updates and filing of documents etc.
To process, keep track and clear customers purchase orders in a timely manner.
To work closely with respective sales account holders in resolving order discrepancies and related issues with customers.
To perform, maintain and monitor system updates (contract data and payment etc) timely to facilitate order fulfilment and shipment to customers.
To coordinate, facilitate other administrative activity such as customer sample delivery and cheque collection via third party.
Requirements:
āNā level with min. 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in customer service will be an advantage
Possess good communications & co-ordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
5 days work week (8.15am to 5.15pm)
Working Location at Aljuined Road (Near Mattar MRT)
