Job Description:

• Work closely with the Business Unit and Head of Engineering and the Sales Team to develop strategies to advance the position of products.
• Understand the needs and requirements of the customer and devise strategies to meet customers' needs.
• Influence product development of next generation products and features.
• Work with the Sales team to provide technical applications support for the development and implementation for customer
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation, design of experiments, and communication between customers and specialists.
• Assists Sales manager in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer technical requirements and preparing detailed product specifications
• Manage, maintain and review Process Documentations to support cross-functions roles.
• Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to provide detailed technical explanations for complex troubleshooting cases.
• Solid experience in equipment introduction, optimization, and lifecycle management for high-tech manufacturing plants.
• Mentor and develop engineers to build a high-performing, collaborative team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skill.
• Self-driven, yet a strong team player to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Displays persistence and dedication to understanding and solving critical customer problems.
• Managerial or Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• An engineering manager in semiconductors with both front-end and back-end experience
