Key responsibilities:
Project & Process Improvement
Review end‑to‑end supply chain and customer service workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Support supply chain improvement projects aimed at improving order fulfilment accuracy, lead times, service levels, and operational efficiency
Support digitalisation and system enhancements, including data accuracy, reporting improvements, and workflow optimisation
Partner cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results - includes Customer Service and Production, and external vendors as applicable
Supply Chain & Operations Support
Assist in planning and managing supply chain activities during peak ordering seasons
Analyse stock and delivery reports to identify trends, assess service performance, and recommend improvement actions
Support inventory planning and estimation of print quantities to ensure service continuity
Provide operational coverage for order processing, fulfilment coordination, and issue resolution when required
Support the Production Manager in production coordination and operational planning
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Manage key customer accounts to establish strong relationships and uphold customer care
Plan communication with assigned customers for stock planning and supply of print and digital products
Process orders for print, digital and service offerings accurately and quickly
Work with customers and internal stakeholders to fulfil orders efficiently
Proactively communicate order status, delays, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders
Recommend service recovery solutions in the event of shortage and supply disruptions
Key Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management
Proven experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commit to a 2-year contract period
