Curriculum Development Manager - #1162089

• Design, develop and review curriculum, learning programmes and intervention frameworks for children aged 6–14

• Create engaging learning content, lesson plans, facilitator guides and programme resources

• Ensure programme quality and consistency through reviews, observations and continuous improvements

• Work closely with programme teams to deliver effective and child-centred learning experiences

• Develop assessment tools and track programme outcomes, child engagement and developmental progress

• Analyse programme data and prepare reports to support decision-making and stakeholder reporting

• Train and coach staff, facilitators and volunteers on curriculum delivery and child development practices

• Collaborate with schools, community partners and stakeholders to support programme growth and impact

• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Education, Child Development or related Disciplines

• Min 5 years experience of relevant experience in curriculum development, programme design, education or student care services

• Prior experience working with or applying MOE frameworks and educational guidelines is preferred

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $5200
