Account / Finance Executive

• Location: Jurong East, Singapore

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

A growing company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Executive to support daily finance operations. This role will mainly handle AR, AP, agents’ commission calculations, and accounting support. No invoice issuance or invoice key-in is required, as this will be handled by another officer.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle AR and AP functions, excluding invoice issuance and invoice key-in

• Monitor payments, outstanding balances, and account reconciliations

• Calculate and process agents’ commissions accurately and timely

• Prepare finance reports and support month-end closing activities

• Assist in maintaining proper accounting records and documentation

• Support full set accounting functions and finance operations when required

• Liaise with internal departments, agents, and external parties on finance matters

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting / finance experience

• Experience in commission calculation is highly preferred

• Full set accounting experience will be an added advantage

• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting system
