About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join the YETI Logistics team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the Jurong Area and is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of YETI Logistics, representing our commitment to excellence in courier and postal services. This position offers the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a dynamic logistics operation.

Key responsibilities

1. Operating a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently to transport packages to customers across assigned routes

2. Planning and optimising delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximum efficiency

3. Loading and unloading packages from the vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care

4. Obtaining signatures and proof of delivery from recipients, maintaining accurate documentation

5. Providing professional and courteous customer service at every delivery point

6. Conducting vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues or damage promptly

7. Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle interior

8. Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company driving policies

9. Managing customer queries and resolving delivery-related issues professionally

What we're looking for

1. Valid driving class 3 licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated

2. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role within the logistics or courier sector

3. Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent navigation skills

4. Excellent time management and the ability to meet delivery deadlines consistently

5. Professional demeanour with strong customer service skills

6. Reliability and punctuality, with a clean driving record

7. Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages regularly

8. Proficiency with delivery management systems and mobile tracking technology

9. Valid documentation and the ability to pass background checks as required

10. Preferred: Experience with multiple delivery stops or experience in a high-volume delivery environment
