Production Technician (Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine) - #1162071

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain ultrasonic cleaning machines

• Clean optical components such as lenses and prisms to required standards

• Perform routine maintenance (e.g., filter changes, solution replacement, machine cleaning)

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support maintenance activities

• Conduct quality checks (e.g., water conductivity, pH levels, chemical concentration, temperature)

• Maintain accurate records for maintenance, production, and quality control

• Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and cleaning chemicals (PPE required)

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

• Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ultrasonic cleaning, manufacturing, or related field

• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (rotating shifts):

  • 7:00 AM – 4:20 PM

  • 8:00 AM – 5:20 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Work Location

• Woodlands (North Singapore)
