About the role
CWCS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated HR Admin Executive to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the Bukit Batok West Region and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in human resources administration. As an HR Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across the organisation. You will be at the heart of our HR function, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company whilst managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities that keep our people operations running effectively.
Key responsibilities
Manage employee records, documentation and personnel files in compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and maintaining HR databases
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees
Process employee transactions such as leave applications, claims, salary adjustments and contract amendments
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring all staff are informed of changes and updates
Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration support, working closely with relevant external partners where necessary
Provide general HR support to employees, responding to queries and directing them to appropriate resources
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning
Assist with the coordination and administration of HR events, training sessions and employee engagement activities
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related issues
Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in supporting employee wellbeing and development
