Job Description:
Lead and manage the Customer Support team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee customer order processing, quotations, shipment coordination, and service requests.
Provide regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and potential issues.
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Review and improve customer service processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate operational records.
Support management with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Job requirement:
Experience handling corporate customer accounts within the semiconductor industry will be highly preferred.
Experience in machinery, equipment, manufacturing, or technical service industries is an advantage.
