Job Scope:
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
· Handle enquiries and appeals from members
· Handle documentations, records management, data entry and filing accurately
· Liaise with internal department
· Assist with ad-hoc duties where required
Requirements:
· Proficient is Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
