Warehouse Assistant / Supervisor [ 5 Days ] - #1161909

Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: up to $3500
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & supervise a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.

• Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding all administrative and documentation difficulties, as well as addressing any concerns brought up.

• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.

• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.

• Quickly process billing bills for customers.

• Use the Microsoft Office Suite to extract and tabulate data for report analysis.

• Manage the Section's safety and provide the team with safety information.

• Perform routine cycle counts and stock audits

• To increase efficiency, find and implement process changes.

• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Take corrective measures to deal with performance problems.

• Put quality control procedures in place to make sure products fulfil necessary requirements.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in any field

• At least 5 years of practical experience working in a warehouse as a supervisor.
