Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility for 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Dynamic 5/6-day weekly rotation (includes weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Be the First Voice of Comfort: Warmly attend to incoming calls, answering basic inquiries with care and professionalism.
Bridge the Gap: Accurately note customer details and seamlessly pass them to our Sales Team to ensure families get the timely help they need.
Keep Things Seamless: Perform precise data entry and maintain organized records to keep operations running smoothly.
Boost Your Income: Take turns managing the company duty phone—where your ability to connect and convert inquiries translates directly into extra financial incentives!
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
The Empathetic Communicator: You can navigate sensitive, emotional conversations with the utmost respect, maturity, and professionalism.
The Experienced Operator: Prior experience in customer service or call-handling is highly preferred (but the right attitude matters most!).
The Industry Professional: You are comfortable working in a stable, meaningful, and highly respected industry.
