Exhibition Designer - #1161825

EEI Creative International Pte Ltd is seeking an Exhibition Designer to join our dynamic team in Singapore in the East Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to design and create immersive exhibition experiences that captivate and engage audiences.

As an Exhibition Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative concepts into compelling physical spaces that communicate brand narratives and educational messages. This position is instrumental in delivering the strategic vision of our clients and establishing EEI Creative International as a leader in innovative exhibition design.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and develop innovative exhibition designs that align with client briefs, target audiences, and project objectives

• Create detailed design drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations using industry-standard software to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders

• Conduct research on exhibition themes, historical context, and design trends to inform creative solutions

• Collaborate with project managers, curators, multimedia specialists, and architects to ensure seamless integration of design elements across all exhibition components

• Manage design specifications, material selection, and technical requirements whilst maintaining budget and timeline constraints

• Present design proposals to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts through multiple iterations

• Oversee the design process from conception through to installation, ensuring quality standards and creative vision are maintained

• Develop innovative spatial solutions that optimise visitor flow, engagement, and accessibility within exhibition spaces

• Liaise with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure accurate representation of designs and specifications

• Maintain updated knowledge of exhibition design best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainable design principles

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design or a related design discipline

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience for Junior position.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience for senior position in exhibition design or related design practice

• Proficiency in any related design software including 3D MAX, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with 3D visualisation tools

• Strong understanding of spatial design principles, visitor psychology, and engagement strategies

• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative design solutions within commercial and practical constraints

• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences

• Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes.

• You will expand your knowledge of accessibility standards, building regulations, and safety requirements in exhibition spaces.

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) or other advanced design technologies is desirable

• Portfolio demonstrating previous exhibition design projects or installations is supportive to evaluate your value to the company.
