Location: East / West
Salary: Up to $4,000
Work Schedule: 5 Days Work Week
Bonus: Performance / Project Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models and AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements

• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details

• Coordinate and update drawings according to site conditions and design changes

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design clashes

• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and BIM standards

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g. Revit)

• Experience in construction / M&E / ACMV projects is an advantage

• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Good coordination and communication skills
