Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to secure, manage, and maximise sales opportunities across events, social and recreational activities, and corporate functions within their Club’s venues and event facilities across Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about client engagement, event sales, and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Secure and manage sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and forecasts
Develop, service, and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Manage designated accounts and build long-term partnerships with key clients
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and sales enquiries
Conduct site inspections and venue presentations for prospective clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
Coordinate client requirements with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
Resolve operational or service issues promptly to maximise guest satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback to Sales Leadership
Contribute creative and innovative ideas for promotional packages, sales campaigns, and business development initiatives
Support a positive team culture and maintain high employee engagement
Achieve individual and team revenue goals through proactive sales activities
Ensure accurate and timely usage of CRM systems and sales applications such as Salesforce
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in hospitality, MICE, or venue sales industry
Examples include hotel banqueting, event venues, corporate retreats, family days, and team bonding events
Familiarity with event packages, banquet sales, or corporate event planning processes is an advantage
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and customer engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
