Tenant Manager | Shopping Mall Operations & Tenant Relations [up to $7k] - #1161781

Location: East / various malls in SG
Duration: Perm
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: up to $7k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships through regular engagement and business reviews.

• Monitor, analyse, and evaluate tenants' sales performance and operational trends.

• Conduct performance discussions with tenants to understand their business needs, growth plans, and space requirements.

• Identify opportunities for tenant expansion, relocation, or optimisation within the mall.

• Work closely with tenants to address operational concerns and leasing-related matters.

• Support lease management activities and collaborate with the Central Leasing team on tenancy matters.

• Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and contractual obligations.

• Prepare and analyse leasing, sales, and performance reports for management review.

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting of leasing revenue and occupancy performance.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance tenant satisfaction and support the mall's overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline

• Experience in retail, property management, leasing, tenant relations, or shopping mall operations

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
