Quantity Surveyor (M&E) (Tendering) DP13 - #1161764

Responsibilities

• To prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that will be used as basis for pricing.

• To obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers / vendors according to tender requirements.

• To prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.

• To carry out the detailed breakdown pricing.

• To have the understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.

• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building services.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering experience.

• Understanding and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred.

• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Detailed and meticulous.

• Able to work independently.
