As a Manager, Recruitment Excellence and Experience, you will be responsible for the following duties
Develop and implement organisational wide recruitment strategies and standards.
Drive recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Lead digital and AI-enabled recruitment initiatives, including ATS optimisation and automation.
Build talent pipelines and leverage workforce analytics to support hiring decisions.
Develop and maintain recruitment policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
Partner with HR, business leaders, institutions, and external stakeholders to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
Lead recruitment transformation projects, including system implementations and process redesign.
Manage recruitment-related vendors, procurement, budgets, and project delivery.
Support national talent pipeline initiatives and represent the organisation in recruitment workgroups.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment operations, with strong exposure to recruitment transformation, or strategic HR roles
