Search Personnel
  • Position: HR Director

  • Location: Bukit Batok

  • Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Responsibilities:

  • Partner senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Drive workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.

  • Advise management on people matters, employee relations and organisational change.

  • Develop talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development strategies.

  • Implement performance management frameworks, including KPI, OKR and PIP processes.

  • Lead employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, payroll, policies and HR systems.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and corporate governance requirements.

  • Lead office administration, facilities, vendor management and cost optimisation initiatives.

  • Manage, mentor and develop the HR & Admin team, setting clear KPIs and accountability.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.

  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for senior-level / higher-level positions.

  • Prior HR experience in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Construction or related technical industries is highly preferred.

  • Experience in organisational transformation, restructuring, business scaling or HR system setup.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strategic, business-minded and hands-on with strong execution capability.

  • Experience supporting fast-paced or complex business environments.

  • MBA, CIPD, SHRM or related certification will be an advantage.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
