We are looking for a highly organised and meticulous admin to support our digital marketing team.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution and support, helping to keep our marketing operations running smoothly.

You will be working with live content and ads, so attention to detail is critical.

You will be given clear SOPs and step-by-step instructions.

Your responsibility is to execute accurately, double-check your work, and flag issues early.

The role is predominantly admin and executional, but for those who are keen to learn, there may be opportunities to observe or assist with the creative and analytical side of marketing during the stint.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and schedule social media posts across website, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

• Write captions and ensure text, links and visuals are accurate

• Duplicate ads, update copy, replace visuals and adjust settings as directed

• Follow SOPs closely for all uploads and changes

• Keep simple task trackers updated and report task completion

What we are looking for

• Extremely organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with repetitive and structured admin work

• Able to follow instructions precisely

• Proactive in checking and verifying work before publishing

• Calm and responsible when handling live platforms

• Clear and timely communicator

• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to have (but not required)

• Prior experience with Meta Ads Manager or Meta Business Suite

• Experience scheduling social media content

• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets
