Responsibilities
Provided daily IT support and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Installed, configured, and maintained desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Managed servers, performed system updates, and monitored system health.
Configured and supported network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, and connectivity.
Administered Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email setup, and access management.
Coordinated with vendors for IT procurement, technical support, and issue resolution.
Supported cybersecurity operations, including antivirus management, monitoring, and policy compliance.
Maintained IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and asset inventories.
Managed Active Directory (AD), including user account administration and file/folder permissions.
Provided technical troubleshooting and user support to ensure system availability and performance.
Liaise with vendors for IT-related support and services.
Perform other ad-hoc IT duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min 1 year of experience in end user support
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, and firewalls.
