The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for end‑to‑end management of outsourced resources, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle support. The role also oversees payroll coordination with PServ, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders on outsourced headcount requirements
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for outsourced roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers)
Liaise with recruitment and outsourcing vendors to ensure timely and quality hiring
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of outsourced staff, including documentation and system access
Act as primary liaison with PServ for outsourced payroll administration
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements
Prepare regular reports on headcount, recruitment status, and payroll costs
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to outsourced/contingent workforce management
Hands-on experience in recruitment, vendor management, and payroll coordination
Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
