Customer Service Executive (Construction) - #1161654

Basic Salary : $3000 - $4000 (Depends on Experience) + VB + AWS

Working Day : Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: Benoi Sector

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery of orders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing prompt assistance.

• Monitor order status and provide customers with regular delivery updates.

• Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.

• Update and maintain customer records, account information, and sales documentation.

• Assist in the registration of new customer accounts and ensure all required documentation is completed.

• Support the sales team with pricing proposals, quotations, and administrative activities.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products and services to customers.

• Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

• Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, or related field

• 1 year of experience in administration or operations
