Purchaser (Piping) - #1161644

Basic Salary : $2600 - $3000 (Depends on Experience) + VB + AWS

Working Day : Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: Sembawang

Responsibilities:

• Support the purchasing of equipment, materials, and services.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

• Obtain quotations and compare pricing from suppliers.

• Follow up on orders and deliveries

• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain good supplier relationships.

• Research and source new suppliers and products.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems.

• Prepare procurement-related documents and reports.

• Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Business Administration, or related field

• 1 year of experience in administration or operations
