• Salary Package: Basic Up to $2800

• Meal and Transport allowances

• Working Location: Tampines

• Working Days & Hour: 5 days of shift " 8am-6pm (Mon - Thur) & 8am-5pm (Fri)"

Key Responsible:

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) guidelines.

• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.

• Implement and enforce workplace safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to all safety rules and regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety violations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Oversee workplace repairs, installations, and high-risk activities to ensure employee safety.

• Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements.

• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and travel between sites when required

Key Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Coordinator within the Semiconductor Industry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, safety legislation, and industry best practices.

• Familiar with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes.

• Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.

• Possess the following certifications:

  • Advanced Certificate in WSH (minimum qualification)

  • Manage Work at Height (WAH)

  • First Aider Certification

  • WSH Coordinator Training Certificate
