Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot sputtering and vacuum systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance, chamber cleaning, and target replacement.

• Diagnose vacuum leaks, power supply faults, and equipment failures.

• Service cryopumps, turbo pumps, MFCs, and robotic handling systems.

• Monitor process performance and vacuum quality using diagnostic tools.

• Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and equipment reliability metrics.

• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall system performance.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical or related field

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar field would be of advantage
