Responsibilities:
Communicate investigation status, root cause, and corrective actions clearly to customers
Lead customer complaints, Return To Vendor and quality claims
Perform and coordinate root cause analysis across manufacturing, process, and engineering teams
Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards through monitoring (customer complaints, claim frequency etc.)
Support customer audits and quality system reviews
Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience in similar field would be of advantage
Proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, RCA would be preferred
