• Testing & Quality Assistant (Technical Operator)

• Basic up to $3000 (Subject to experience)

• 5 Days : 8.30am-5.30pm (OT available)

• Working Location @Yishun / Boon Lay (Can choose location)

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.

• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.

• Follow established protocols and work instructions to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.

• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.

• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.

• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• No experience needed, but must interested in production

• Experience in fab/ manufacturing/ warehouse environment is a plus.

• Cleanroom experience are welcome.

• Hands-on, team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

• MUST Adapt to fast pace environment

• GOOD ATTENDACE is a MUST

• Open to Singaporeans only.
