Customer Service Officer (The Woodleigh Mall) - 1-Year Contract - #1161486

The Woodleigh Mall team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Customer Service member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations in the service counter

• Maintain a high level of staff’s service standards

• Manage the schedule/manpower with the Executives

• Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service

• Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

• 2 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred

• Computer literate

• Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills

• Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays

• This role is offered on a 1-year contract basis
