The Woodleigh Mall team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Customer Service member.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations in the service counter
Maintain a high level of staff’s service standards
Manage the schedule/manpower with the Executives
Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
2 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
Computer literate
Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
This role is offered on a 1-year contract basis
