The Executive, Sales is a critical role responsible for driving sales for our service, working with both individual customers and businesses looking for long-term vehicle solutions.
How You Will Make An Impact
Provide personalised consultations to retail customers, understanding their specific transportation needs and recommending suitable vehicle options and plans. Conduct test drives as needed.
Guide customers and clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and vehicle handover. Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Manage and meet monthly sales targets
Establish and maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM database with accurate information on interactions, preferences, and service history.
Assist in preparing sales report
What Makes You A Great Fit
Minimum two (2) years of proven sales experience
Demonstrated success in closing sales deals and building strong client relationships, with tangible results and metrics to show performance
Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite for managing customer data, sales activities, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively.
Driven and energetic team player who is meticulous and result-oriented
Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional service.
Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is preferred
A valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license required
Must be comfortable driving various types of vehicles will be advantageous
