Job Details:

• Position: Production Operator (Blending / Filling / Weighbridge)

• Working Location: Near Boon Lay

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm ) / Monday - Saturday (7:15am-3:15pm / 3:00pm-10:30PM)

• Salary Package: $1600 + OT + Bonus

• Industry: Well-established oil & Gas Manufacturing Company

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Chevron Operator to operate the automated drum filling line

• To perform basic troubleshooting of the drum filling line – drum filler, label applicator, palletizer, shrink wrapped machine, etc

• To assist Chevron Operator to carry out IBC and bulk truck filling

• To assist the Lead Operator to carry out the receiving of bulk additive isotank and discharging the additive into the storage tank

• To assist the Lead Operator to operate the ABB Drum Decanting Unit (DDU) and the Semi-Automatic drum decanting system carry out additive drum decanting

• To assist the Lead Operator to carry out line up of the base oil, additive and finished product tank

• To assist the Lead Operator on the In-Line Blending, Simultaneous Metering Blending, Premix Blending Operations

• To collect blending / filling sample and send to Lab for testing

• To support the base oil tanker and barge loading operations working on rostered night shift, on Sat, Sun and Public holiday

• To attend to any process upset, instrument fault at the field upon the instruction by the Lead Operator and CCR

• To carry out tank physical gauging when requested by Lead Operator

• To involve in the month end stock count

• To carry out housekeeping of the production area

• Any other duties that may be assigned by Lead Operator

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the Production / Manufacturing field

• Basic reading, writing, and communication in English

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate punctuality.

• Basic understanding of automation equipment, pneumatics, instruments, etc

• Must be willing to do physical work in the field, climb tanks, handle polymers, etc

• Attended WSQ AWSHPP, WAH course
