About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities within a logistics and operations environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting operational excellence through effective quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise testing, inspection, and quality verification activities to ensure compliance with customer and operational requirements.

• Analyse quality data, defect trends, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.

• Lead root cause analysis investigations and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, audit documentation, and product traceability records.

• Conduct training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), line setup processes, and qualification requirements to ensure operational compliance.

• Support quality escalations, containment activities, and customer quality requirements.

• Monitor adherence to quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and improve process performance.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), testing, inspection, manufacturing, or related operational environments.

• Good knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quality reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality documentation processes.
