Client Details:

• 5.25 days, Alternate Sat, 9am – 6pm (Mon to Fri); 9 am – 1 pm (Sat)

• Pioneer

• Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Electrical/ ICT/ Construction industry
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist for tender process and report to tender manager, which includes prepare and analyse bidders’ commercial proposals and etc

• Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities and manage measurement processes

• Source and procure materials, goods and services from subcontractors and suppliers

• Provide support in post-contract process on the subcontractor award, prepare subcontract documents

• Negotiate contracts and prices to meet the project budget

• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements

• Coordinate with project team to understand requirements and timelines

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction industry for Electrical related Projects.
