About the role
This is a 1st year contract, 2nd year convertible opportunity for a Maintenance Technician, to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
What you'll be doing
Perform daily checks, first-line fault response, and basic troubleshooting on all automation equipment
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, robots, and pallet lifters
Log all faults, actions taken, and downtime accurately in the maintenance record system
Escalate faults that cannot be resolved at technician level to the supervisor or engineer promptly
Support vendor technicians during corrective maintenance and system upgrades
Assist in testing and commissioning new equipment or changes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment zones and spare parts storage
Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, work permits, and PPE requirements
What we're looking for
Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or technical support experience (fresh Diploma grads with strong internship experience welcome)
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills — multimeter, sensor checks, wiring basics
