Maintenance Technician - #1161299

About the role

This is a 1st year contract, 2nd year convertible opportunity for a Maintenance Technician, to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.

What you'll be doing

• Perform daily checks, first-line fault response, and basic troubleshooting on all automation equipment

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule across ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, robots, and pallet lifters

• Log all faults, actions taken, and downtime accurately in the maintenance record system

• Escalate faults that cannot be resolved at technician level to the supervisor or engineer promptly

• Support vendor technicians during corrective maintenance and system upgrades

• Assist in testing and commissioning new equipment or changes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment zones and spare parts storage

• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, work permits, and PPE requirements

What we're looking for

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or technical support experience (fresh Diploma grads with strong internship experience welcome)

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills — multimeter, sensor checks, wiring basics
