Job Descriptions
Assist in coordinating training activities with both internal and external stakeholders
Support the application and renewal processes for Work Passes
Assist with applications to the Singapore Nursing Board
Prepare HR-related documentation, including appointment and confirmation letters
Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and proper filing systems
Oversee and coordinate activities for the Staff Recreation Club
Oversee the Hostel Cleanliness
Oversee the uniform stocks and issue to staff
Provide general support for other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive position
Familiarity with MOM regulations and standard HR practices in Singapore
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
