Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
Follow up on sales leads and customer bookings
Coordinate with management on nanny scheduling and deployment
Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, and administrative documents
Maintain accurate customer records and databases
Liaise with nannies and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
About You
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature-thinking, able to work independently
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Dialects to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking nannies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
