Job Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR & admin functions
Lead recruitment and hiring processes
Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook
Handle compensation, benefits, salary structure and reviews
Manage performance appraisal and annual increment exercises
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations
Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Submit CPF, IR8A and IR21 filings
Manage work passes, renewals and MOM compliance
Requirements
Diploma or above in HR or related field
Minimum 5 years HR & Admin experience in a service-oriented retail environment
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
Hands-on payroll and work pass experience
Resourceful, proactive and responsible
