Responsibilities

Prepare 2D/3D drawings and detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD / Revit
Work according to project schedule
Meticulously check all drawings before submission
Maintain, update and edit according to feedback from consultant/client
Drawings logs and relevant documents has to be updated, maintained and filed in server
Ensure dimensions of materials to be used are to scale and guide contractors on fabrication
Liaise with designers and other stakeholder and capture approved design changes
Any other duties assigned by supervisor/Project Manager

Requirements

Expert in AutoCAD and REVIT
Knowledge in 3D rendering software and photoshop are an added advantage
Familiar with interior fixtures and carpentry fabrication
Meticulous with details
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
5 years experience with interior projects
