About the role
The role involves handling and processing customer orders, service requests, maintaining accurate customer records, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints with appropriate solutions.
Key responsibilities
Handle and process customer orders, returns, refunds or service requests
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Support change in the systems related to CS in accordance to organisational requirements as well as system functionality
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution at the given timeframe in professional manner
Reporting of weekly/monthly data
Analyse data metrics, feedback and trends on various platform, and present results in an effective manner
Review department processes and proposal of new effective ways to improve department's efficiency
Assist & support in executing departmental targets and operational goals
Support in development of content and learning materials for training use of existing and new CSOs as well as ensuring all CS training checklists are up to date
About you
GCE O Level, Diploma / Others with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using SAP / Epicor is an advantage
Knowledge of customer service practices
Consistently strive for continuous improvement and to have the right mind-set to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and service to customers
