Position: Senior Logistics Engineer

Location: Hougang
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Salary: $5,690 – $7,800/month

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment setup, testing, validation, and process optimization initiatives

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and engineering standards

  • Manage equipment lifecycle, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical and operational issues

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency

  • Support new product introductions (NPI), process transfers, and new line implementations

  • Provide technical training and coaching to operations teams

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics, automation, or high-volume operations

  • Strong experience in equipment implementation, commissioning, and process optimization

  • Experience in NPI, process transfers, or new line setup projects

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
