Snr Executive / Assistant Manager, Inpatient Operations - #1161183

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency in Inpatient Operations, handle staff matters, improve patient satisfaction and be involved in administrative affairs involving the Department

• Lead a team of Patient Service Assistants to achieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of patient service, within a section of the Department

• Work closely with various department stakeholders to undertake projects for service improvements.

• Be exposed to key areas of hospital operations to gain a broader view and understanding of hospital management

• Undertake new projects and any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 1 to 2 years of working experience (supervisory), preferably in healthcare industry

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply

• Possess leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with working with data is a plus

• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
