Key Responsibilities

• Support existing or new customers and build strong relationships

• Demonstrate initiative by actively seeking out business or any sales opportunities

• Develop strong product knowledge with a proactive understanding of customer and market needs

• Deliver timely, sensible after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Perform ad hoc duties as required with professionalism and responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 1-year relevant working experience as Sales Executive (added advantage for experience in lighting/ceiling fans/smart home/IT products)

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.

• Resourceful and dedicated, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive working attitude.
