• Work pass applications and renewals

• Employee onboarding and offboarding

• Training administration and coordination

• HR documentation and records management

• Leave and attendance administration

• General HR and administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human resources or related field.

• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration* Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
