Job Descriptions:
Provide onsite support to customers including troubleshooting, attending to break down calls and resolving their area of concern
Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues reported by customers
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, IT infrastructure, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware (servers, network switches, firewalls, wireless)
Any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of an ITE qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, those who possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field are welcome.
Able to work on rotation basis - including Saturday, Sunday and PH (4 days work a week)
Proficient in English (spoken & written)
Good command of basic IT knowledge and basic networking
