Lead a Critical Function in a Growing Healthcare Supply Chain Business

Join an established organization supporting Singapore's healthcare sector through the distribution of essential medical products and solutions. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Procurement and Logistics teams, drive operational excellence, and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain capabilities.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of the entire supply chain function, influence business performance, and play a key role in shaping operational strategies. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders while leading a sizeable team in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 30 employees across Procurement and Logistics functions.

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive team engagement, capability development, and operational effectiveness.

End-to-End Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

  • Ensure smooth operational flow while balancing service levels, inventory availability, and cost efficiency.

  • Develop and implement forecasting and planning strategies to support business growth and customer demands.

Compliance, Quality & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain compliance with GDPMDS and relevant industry regulations.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold operational excellence and risk management standards.

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

  • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.

  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives where required.

Inventory & Operational Control

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, documentation, shipment tracking, and reporting processes.

  • Implement best practices to improve inventory visibility and control.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and operational metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

  • Drive automation and system improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to align supply chain objectives with business goals.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments to support seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Proven track record of managing teams of 20 or more employees across multiple supply chain functions.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.

  • Familiarity with GDPMDS, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Experience using supply chain management systems, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on operational involvement, including situations where lifting of heavier loads may be required.
