Job description
1. Order processing includes create job order folder, manage job tracker.
2. Supplier PO, follow up with supplier for collection and delivery, gather product certificates, DO submission to account and payment if any.
3. Customer DO, packing list, co-ordination for transport and submission of signed DO.
4. Office stationaries and pantry items to monitor.
5. Workers OT monitoring, calculation and submission.
6. Workers SSIC course, WP renewal, medical issues, forklift license renewal etc.
7. Monitor Workers PPE and consumables.
8. Support supplier sourcing, Negotiating, Purchasing and follow-up.
9. Site working environment need to deal with non-tradition worker from Indian.
Requirement:
1. Minimum O level.
2. 2 to 3 years’ experience in same role.
3. Fluent in English speaking and writing to perform job duties and liaise employees.
4. Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel.
