Digital FM Systems Executive - #1160981

We are looking for a Digital FM Systems Executive to support our Building Department in one of our newly procured FM contracts.

Computerised Integrated Facilities Management.

· Monitoring of all building faults through this system

· Liaising with clients POC and our sub-contractors on the status of works

· Inputting and Closure of faults in CIFMS system

· Retrieving of raw building defect data from the system and transferring to our AI platform for predictive maintenance

Clients and Subcontractor management

· Keeping track of response and downtime of our sub-contractors

· Need to pursue after our sub-con technicians to meet the response time on site.

· To churn out response and downtime report for client.
