Preschool Dance Teacher - #1160917

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Teach Acting and Dance to Preschool children.

· Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for young children.

· Monitor teaching and learning activities in the classroom and ensure that it remains a facility conducive to high quality education.

· Work with classroom teachers towards integrating Acting and Dance throughout the curriculum.

· To inspire children within the school by promoting and encouraging the growth of acting and dance within the school.

· To assist the Preschool Principal in overseeing and promoting the teaching of Acting and Dance from Playgroup to Kindergarten 2 (18 months to 6 years old) and to produce bi-annual school productions in collaboration with the Performing Arts Team.

· To stimulate and encourage children to a high standard of interest and engagement.

· Provide assessment information, documentation, and written reports as required.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree level in Dance/Performance

· Experienced in working with young children.

· Passionate, Dynamic, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

· Looking to make a difference in the lives of young children.

· Creative and inspiring with loving energy
