Location (Nearest MRT): Yio Chu Kang

Salary: Up to $ 2600 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: 1 Year Renewable and Convertible Contract

Work Days : Monday to Friday + Alt Saturday (Half day)

Work Hours : 8.30AM to 6PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and personalized customer service by handling enquiries efficiently and accurately through phone and other communication channels.

• Respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

• Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services, policies, and procedures.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including productivity and service level metrics.

• Ensure high service quality by meeting customer satisfaction, compliance, and audit standards.

• Participate in training and development programs to expand knowledge across different products, services, or functional areas.

• Contribute positively to team objectives while maintaining personal wellbeing and professionalism in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum N level qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Willing to undergo intensive training during the first 2–3 months, which will be theory-focused.

• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
